Overview
The primary role of the Business Analysis Manager is to coordinate the Rhythm of the Business (RoB) activities across the Area, ensuring alignment on budget, forecasts, and executive performance summaries.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or finance leadership roles.
- Experience in multinational companies with diverse finance responsibilities across multiple products and segments is highly recommended.
- Possess an analytical mindset and a passion for process excellence.
- Fluent in English.
- A Bachelor's (BA/BS) or MBA degree in Finance, Economics, or CPA is preferred.
Responsibilities
Finance Excellence
- Coordinate the Rhythm of the Business (RoB) for the Area, which includes forecasting/outlook, Area Performance Reviews (APR), preparation, facilitation, and centralized Area budgeting.
- Maintain an overview of the budget, forecast, outlook, and APR, and challenge inputs from Customer Segment and Customer Solution Area Finance Managers when necessary.
- Utilize Modern BI tools and predictive analytics to encourage meaningful discussions regarding business forecasts and month-end closing reports.
- Actively engage with global finance communities.
- Perform monthly analytics across the Area, subsidiaries, and segments, with a focus on Market Share and Benchmarking.
- Drive the development of robust growth plans in collaboration with the 3-year Strategic Planning process, working closely with Segment, Product, and Business Groups.
- Generate ad hoc reports.
- Provide insights for executive meetings and effectively communicate the story (OneNote completeness).
Partnership
- Utilize the latest tools, such as Modern BI and predictive analytics, to facilitate comprehensive assessments and discussions related to business forecasts.
- Extract clear insights from internal and external metrics and trends, ensuring clarity and alignment of the story with Area leadership, both within the regular quarterly/monthly rhythm and as needed on an ad-hoc basis.
- Create high-quality narratives summarizing Area performance for executive meetings (OneNote).
