Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical/technical subject (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in developing and managing projects while collaborating with teams across geographies and functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with SQL-based database warehousing and dashboarding.
- Familiarity with commercial and emerging reporting tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, QlikView, Microstrategy, Business Objects, Cognos, D3).
- Understanding of BI technologies and their practical application.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, continually evolving team environment, along with proficiency in statistical software like Python and R.
- Genuine interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis, and trends, combined with applied knowledge of measurement, statistics, and program evaluation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to articulate product-related questions, extract data from extensive datasets (e.g., SQL, BigQuery, etc.), and employ statistical methods to arrive at informed conclusions.

Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and effectively communicate user requirements, offering recommendations, and driving the implementation of product or process enhancements. Identifying and ranking primary challenges and critical business growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to introduce tracking and reporting of metrics across global programs. Handle extensive datasets, automate data extraction, construct monitoring/reporting dashboards, and create high-value, automated Business Intelligence solutions (data warehousing and visualization).
- Conduct extensive data analysis, employ statistical modeling, and inferential machine learning to pinpoint improvement opportunities and measure the impact of initiatives, ultimately driving significant enhancements based on results and feedback.
- Develop, design, and establish Key Performance Indicators to monitor the health of database assets and the performance of internal operations. Implement data models and analytics that serve as a foundation for strategic decision-making.
