Position: Director of Product - InMobi CMP

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

InMobi is in search of a dynamic and seasoned Head of Product to lead our Consent Management Platform (CMP) team. This role will encompass full ownership of the product, from formulating a clear strategy and vision to managing the product's backlog and steering its roadmap. Although direct team management is not an initial requirement, this position is instrumental in shaping the product's trajectory and fostering its growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Craft and convey a well-defined product strategy and vision for the Consent Management Platform, aligning it with the organization's overarching objectives.

  • Product Roadmap: Develop and oversee a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines essential features, enhancements, and innovations, ensuring it remains attuned to customer needs and industry trends.

  • Product Backlog: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making data-driven decisions to optimize the product's value and impact.

  • Data Privacy and Compliance: Leverage profound knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, along with legal technology expertise, to ensure the platform's compliance and alignment with evolving legal standards.

  • User Experience: Champion the user experience by collaborating with design and engineering teams to deliver intuitive and user-friendly solutions.

  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies, incorporating insights into the product's strategic vision.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, encompassing engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support, to drive the product's success.

  • Customer Feedback, Research, and Engagement: Collect and analyze customer feedback and market insights to continually enhance the product's features and functionality.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of product management experience, including a track record of successfully leading and launching digital products.

  • Proficiency in data privacy regulations and legal technology is highly advantageous.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling data-driven decision-making.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring and aligning teams toward a common vision.

  • Proven experience in product strategy development and execution.

  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies.

  • Experience collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
