Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient in the Workday reporting and analytics framework.
- Organize data to establish a single source of truth that is user-friendly.
- Comprehend complex analytics scenarios requiring dataset combination and transformation to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop standards and reusable components/frameworks for data pipelines.
- Create and maintain Workday Prism Analytics tables, derived datasets, and data change tasks.
- Accountable for defining the scope for dashboard creation and configuring process flows in Prism that adhere to best practices.
- Support standard reporting and promote self-service.
Technical Experience:
- Adept in the Workday reporting and analytics framework.
- Experience handling extensive datasets.
- Sound knowledge of data acquisition, datasets, tables, data transformation, and security in Prism Analytics.
- Development and configuration of Workday custom reports involving Workday Prism as needed.
- Proficient in process optimization techniques.
- Solid understanding of Workday security domains.
- Proficiency in creating Workday calculated fields.
- Nice to have experience in Workday integration and data streams.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- 7 years of relevant experience with Workday.
- Strong expertise in Prism and SQL.
- Proven experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across various locations.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and articulation skills.
