Key Responsibilities:

Proficient in the Workday reporting and analytics framework.
Organize data to establish a single source of truth that is user-friendly.
Comprehend complex analytics scenarios requiring dataset combination and transformation to deliver high-quality solutions.
Develop standards and reusable components/frameworks for data pipelines.
Create and maintain Workday Prism Analytics tables, derived datasets, and data change tasks.
Accountable for defining the scope for dashboard creation and configuring process flows in Prism that adhere to best practices.
Support standard reporting and promote self-service.

Technical Experience:

Adept in the Workday reporting and analytics framework.
Experience handling extensive datasets.
Sound knowledge of data acquisition, datasets, tables, data transformation, and security in Prism Analytics.
Development and configuration of Workday custom reports involving Workday Prism as needed.
Proficient in process optimization techniques.
Solid understanding of Workday security domains.
Proficiency in creating Workday calculated fields.
Nice to have experience in Workday integration and data streams.

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
7 years of relevant experience with Workday.
Strong expertise in Prism and SQL.
Proven experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across various locations.
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and articulation skills.
