Paytm offers a variety of services to consumers, including utility payments and money transfers, and facilitates payments through Paytm Payment Instruments (PPI) such as Paytm Wallet, Paytm UPI, Paytm Payments Bank Netbanking, Paytm FASTag, and Paytm Postpaid - Buy Now, Pay Later. About the Team: The Growth Marketing team at Paytm plays a vital role in our platform's success. This team is responsible for:
- Allocating traffic to various growth use cases, such as payments, commerce, and financial services, based on user interests and the likelihood of adopting new use cases.
- Enhancing growth as a product platform through real-time targeting, creating comprehensive customer profiles, and expanding our reach through the most effective channels.
- Promoting growth across various Paytm business sectors and ensuring that best practices are adopted throughout the organization.
Expectations/Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics within the consulting or BFSI industry.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a track record of structuring complex problems and delivering solutions.
- Proactive and driven to take initiatives and collaborate with business stakeholders to drive implementation.
- Proficiency in executing cross-functional initiatives and the ability to work closely with business/product owners to understand product requirements.
Skills and Qualifications for Success: Your success in this role will be supported by the following skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in data analytics, statistics, data management, and tools such as Python/R, SQL, big data, AB experiments, and data visualization.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting data effectively to senior audiences.
- Experience in working with large datasets using big data technologies.
- Prior experience in mentoring and upskilling team members.
Education: Graduate or Post-graduate degree
