Job Description: As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in defining, processing, aggregating, and utilizing both structured and unstructured "big data" to support descriptive and predictive analytics across various business sectors. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with scientists, product groups, and content teams to aggregate and manipulate "big data," performing statistical and machine learning analyses to meet business objectives, and conveying data insights through analysis and visualization. You will also be involved in the development of software for analyzing and manipulating large datasets, with a focus on robustness, efficiency, and reproducibility.

About You: You are an ideal candidate for this role if you possess the following qualifications and characteristics:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the data science domain.
- A degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, etc.).
- Proficiency in both technical and business aspects.
- Technical skills, including expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data science techniques.
- Experience with frameworks and libraries such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Keras, NLTK.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Familiarity with tools like Tableau and/or PowerBI.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services and Sagemaker.
- The ability to build data pipelines for data movement using tools like Alteryx, GLUE, Informatica.
- Experience in one or more of the following business analytics applications: predictive analytics, pricing optimization, segmentation, recommendation engines.
- Experience in one or more business domains, including Customer Experience and Service, Finance, Operations.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex results effectively.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to convey complex results in a simple and concise manner at all organizational levels.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Consulting experience with a leading consulting firm.
- An advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Master's or Ph.D.).
- Additional technical skills, including familiarity with Natural Language Processing, AWS APIs for Machine Learning, and experience with Snowflake.
Job Responsibilities:
