Role: Senior Product Manager
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be an integral part of our team working to ensure that our customers can understand, track, and analyze stocks and other investment products. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with colleagues in research, design, engineering, and operations to innovate, build, and launch products that provide our customers with powerful yet user-friendly investing tools.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and take ownership of the product roadmap.
- Oversee the entire product life cycle, from ideation to final launch.
- Collaborate with internal business verticals to gather requirements and translate them into actionable items.
- Drive the growth of a trading or investment product, managing onboarding and activation funnels, and formulating revenue strategies.
- Lead other product leaders and managers focusing on different aspects of our growth strategy.
- Define and guide the long-term product strategy, identifying investor problems and transforming insights into products.
- Make 'build, partner, or acquire' decisions for your product area.
- Motivate and influence key stakeholders, gaining support for your ideas and explaining why and what we should build.
- Demonstrate a track record of building high-growth B2C products and directly contributing to their growth.
- Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset and excel in an ambiguous environment.
- Have experience owning and driving the development and shipping of complex, B2C products at scale.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hold an Engineering and/or Management degree from a premier institute.
- Possess over 7 years of overall experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting.
- Have 2 or more years of experience in the fintech domain (a plus).
- Experience in the B2C segment.
- Strong people management skills.
- Ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize tasks.
- Effective cross-functional communication within and between teams.
- Excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills.
