For merchants, Paytm offers acquiring devices like Soundbox, EDC, QR, and Payment Gateway, enabling payment aggregation through PPI and other financial instruments. Additionally, we enhance merchant businesses with commerce services, including advertising and the Paytm Mini app store. Leveraging this platform, we extend credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans, and BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later), sourced through our financial partners.

Expectations/ Requirements:

  1. Utilize automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources.
  2. Identify and rectify coding errors and corrupted data.
  3. Develop and maintain databases and data systems, reorganizing data for readability.
  4. Generate reports for management, presenting trends, patterns, and predictions based on relevant data.
  5. Prepare final analysis reports for stakeholders, elucidating data-analysis steps for informed decision-making.
  6. Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
  7. Implement robust automated dashboards to drive performance management.
  8. Derive business insights from data, focusing on business-level metrics.
  9. Require 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
