We are currently seeking a professional to join our Corporate Audit Data Analytics & Center of Innovation team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven analytical insights, assurance, and solutions. The key responsibilities include steering the design, development, and execution of audit analytics projects, working closely with both business and technology audit teams that focus on specific core State Street businesses.

The significance of this role lies in its responsibility for executing a comprehensive portfolio of analytics within designated audit groups. This encompasses audit plan support, continuous auditing initiatives, and the creation of reusable analytic reports and tools.

Your Responsibilities:
- Utilize suitable data analytic and statistical tools and techniques to analyze diverse data sources. Present and interpret reporting results visually to assist business users.
- Provide support to audit streams and contribute to global audit or risk-related projects.
- Collaborate with Auditors or Audit Managers from global teams.
- Foster internal partnerships to offer more efficient solutions to various data, system, and applications issues.
- Assist in the implementation of additional scenarios, businesses, systems, etc.
- Take ownership and be accountable for data mining, manipulation, and supporting analytical reports within the allocated timeframe.
What We Value:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Math, Accounting, or Finance.
- 10-12 years of relevant work experience in a financial services company or comparable experience in an international environment.
- Experience using analytics/BI packages (e.g., Tableau, Business Objects, KNIME, etc.) to independently build client analysis solutions.
- Relevant programming, application, or reporting development experience.
Educational Qualifications:
- Advanced SQL and Python scripting skills are required.
- Knowledge of other programming languages is highly beneficial (e.g., Alteryx, Hadoop).
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence and automation such as text mining and machine learning is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, project management skills, ability to influence cross-functionally in a rapidly evolving business environment while managing multiple/concurrent projects.
- Advanced command of English; strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
- Hold certifications like SAS Certification, ACDA, CAP, CCP, CIA, CISA, CFE, PMP, or other relevant disciplines.
