About the Role

We are actively looking for a dynamic Associate Product Manager/Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our products and driving innovation. As a key player in the product development lifecycle, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of market trends, user needs, and business goals, translating them into an effective product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives and market trends. Regularly analyze market conditions and user feedback to refine the product strategy.

  2. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product roadmap. Lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.

  3. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements. Translate these requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  4. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and the competitive landscape. Leverage this information to make informed decisions about feature prioritization and market positioning.

  5. Product Development: Drive the end-to-end product development process, including defining scope, setting timelines, and managing resources. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

  6. Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to drive awareness and adoption. Monitor post-launch performance and gather feedback to inform iterative improvements.

  7. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics, user behavior analysis, and other relevant metrics to make informed product decisions. Continuously monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly.

Ideal Candidate

  • Someone who has owned a crucial head metric for a product successfully.
  • B2B/B2C product management experience.
  • Entrepreneurial experience would be a significant plus.
  • Product launch/go-to-market experience will be highly advantageous.
  • Minimum of 2 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable working with data analytics tools, and making decisions based on quantitative insights.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
