Role Overview
As the Loyalty Program Business Analyst Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of Myntra's loyalty program. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Taking ownership of and managing all facets of insights and reporting for the loyalty program, contributing from problem definition to insight delivery to influence marketing actions.
- Utilizing data to lead analytical projects across various complexity levels, generating crucial business insights and recommendations to facilitate decision-making.
- Developing daily revenue, traffic, and other input metric plans/forecasts for diverse customer cohorts, both for regular operations and special events. Monitoring metrics and conducting deep-dive analyses for troubleshooting sessions will be integral to the role.
- Serving as the "data backbone" for team campaigns, involving the design of experiments, creation of A/B tests, and measurement of impact. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (product, revenue, etc.) is essential to provide a comprehensive feedback loop during campaign execution.
- Crafting data visualizations and reports for easy consumption of insights by senior and middle management.
- Advocating and operationalizing analytical solutions for organization-wide use.
Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with an understanding of both mathematical concepts and business strategies.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst in the E-Commerce domain (preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and either R or Python. Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI is an added advantage.
- Efficient project and stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to work independently in a demanding environment with strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail and comfort handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
