The team operates diligently to analyze platform-level metrics, identifying areas for improvement and seizing opportunities to enhance ROI. Seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders is integral to our daily pricing operations, fostering a collaborative environment that contributes to the platform's success.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst Associate, your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks critical to the success of the team and the platform:

  1. Monitoring Key Performance Metrics: Regularly track and analyze key metrics such as revenue per unit, gross margin, provisioning liquidation, conversion rates, average order value, customer acquisition, and the performance of top-selling styles.

  2. Collaboration with Analytics Team: Work closely with the analytics team to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance future campaign performance.

  3. Liaison with Finance Team: Ensure the accuracy of Profit and Loss (P&L) reporting for the portfolio by maintaining effective communication and collaboration with the finance team.

  4. Discount Reconciliation: Reconcile discounts with brand associates, particularly concerning funding related to sale day properties. This involves meticulous attention to detail and financial accuracy.

  5. Monitoring External Pricing: Keep a vigilant eye on discounting and pricing for key brands on other platforms to ensure parity and proactively prevent customer switching.

  6. Trend Analysis: Analyze trends related to inventory, revenue, stock cover, and the impact of marketing initiatives. Provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.

  7. Influencing Stakeholders: Engage with various teams and stakeholders within the organization to ensure alignment with goals and adherence to project timelines.

  8. Reporting Processes: Establish reporting processes to streamline operations, ensuring that data is readily available for informed decision-making.

  9. Sales Forecasting: Conduct sales forecasting to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.

  10. Skillset Development: Develop innovative analyses and trends using proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau. Contribute to the evolution of pricing strategies through continuous skillset enhancement.
