Responsibilities of a Marketing Analyst:
- Optimize processes to ensure the smooth execution of digital campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of all marketing initiatives, producing analyses of return on investment (ROI).
- Prior experience in Marketing Analytics is advantageous.
- Create effective and user-friendly reports, conducting data analyses that support strategic business goals.
- Ensure timely updates of leads generated through various marketing channels in CRMs for follow-up actions.
- Proficient in data visualization techniques.
- Exhibit strong process orientation and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.

Requirements for a Marketing Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of marketing experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating structured thinking, analytical prowess, and process orientation.
- Proficiency in data analytics, with excellent command of SQL and Python, and high proficiency in Excel.
