Responsibilities of a Marketing Analyst:

  1. Optimize processes to ensure the smooth execution of digital campaigns.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of all marketing initiatives, producing analyses of return on investment (ROI).
  3. Prior experience in Marketing Analytics is advantageous.
  4. Create effective and user-friendly reports, conducting data analyses that support strategic business goals.
  5. Ensure timely updates of leads generated through various marketing channels in CRMs for follow-up actions.
  6. Proficient in data visualization techniques.
  7. Exhibit strong process orientation and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
  8. Automate systems and processes to empower relevant stakeholders, such as BDR and Sales teams, to act promptly on marketing-generated leads.
  9. Provide campaign owners with necessary reports, tools, and dashboards for real-time visibility into their campaign performance.
  10. Regularly publish performance analyses of all marketing campaigns, offering recommendations to management for performance improvement.

Requirements for a Marketing Analyst:

  1. Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
  2. 0-2 years of marketing experience.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating structured thinking, analytical prowess, and process orientation.
  4. Proficiency in data analytics, with excellent command of SQL and Python, and high proficiency in Excel.
  5. Analytical thinking with a proven ability to connect data and insights from various sources, including category consumptions, brand drivers, macro and micro trends, and future consumer forces, providing clear implications for the business.
  6. Familiarity with analytical software such as Hubspot and Google Analytics.
  7. Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  8. Excellent research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
  9. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
