Position Overview: As a Data Scientist-3, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to outline and lead the data science roadmap for one or more business sectors, establishing the data science process at Cashfree from the ground up.
• Implement scalable machine learning solutions for production.
• Provide technical and scientific leadership to the team.
• Actively engage in hands-on work when required.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and foster the growth of the team.
• Foster strong working relationships and collaboration with leaders in product development, business, and engineering.
• Enhance and institute best practices in data science and engineering for the team.
• Maintain a harmonious equilibrium between project delivery and applied research.

Candidate Profile:

• Possess a profound understanding of contemporary machine learning techniques and their mathematical foundations.
• Accumulate 5+ years of experience applying machine learning and statistical methods to address intricate problems at scale.
• Demonstrate proficiency in big data technologies.
