Position Overview: As a Data Scientist-3, you will:

Collaborate with stakeholders to outline and lead the data science roadmap for one or more business sectors, establishing the data science process at Cashfree from the ground up.
Implement scalable machine learning solutions for production.
Provide technical and scientific leadership to the team.
Actively engage in hands-on work when required.
Recruit, coach, mentor, and foster the growth of the team.
Foster strong working relationships and collaboration with leaders in product development, business, and engineering.
Enhance and institute best practices in data science and engineering for the team.
Maintain a harmonious equilibrium between project delivery and applied research.

Candidate Profile:

Possess a profound understanding of contemporary machine learning techniques and their mathematical foundations.
Accumulate 5+ years of experience applying machine learning and statistical methods to address intricate problems at scale.
Demonstrate proficiency in big data technologies.
