What You Will Be Involved In
- Selecting features, constructing, and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques.
- Employing cutting-edge methods for data mining.
- Conducting ad-hoc analysis and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Developing automated anomaly detection systems and continually monitoring their performance.
- Offering insights on business performance and user behavior on a regular basis.
- Creating new predictive models across various stages of the customer lifecycle, including LTV, Churn, cross-sell, up-sell, personalization, etc.
Qualifications for Success
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in quantitative analysis, preferably in e-commerce, strategy, or management consulting. An MS in Analytics or a similar degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in defining a business problem, collecting necessary data, analyzing results, and presenting compelling arguments.
- Strong analytical skills to communicate key business and financial implications/business impact effectively.
- Proficiency in querying and manipulating large datasets using SQL-like languages (Hive/ADX preferred), Python, R, etc.
- Experience with Web Analytics Tools like Adobe Analytics.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, etc.
- Expertise in building, productizing, and maintaining predictive models.
- Proficient in Python, R, or any other scripting language.
