Role Overview

As a Data Scientist specializing in Machine Learning at Fractal Analytics, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our AI strategies. Your primary focus involves developing and implementing Machine Learning and statistical models to revolutionize our client's business operations.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with internal teams to comprehend intricate business challenges and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
• Designing, developing, assessing, and deploying Machine Learning algorithms that translate data into actionable insights.
• Staying updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, incorporating cutting-edge techniques into our solutions.
• Proactively working with extensive datasets to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of data used in Machine Learning models.
• Interacting with clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications and Machine Learning solutions.
• Leading initiatives to enhance our data analytics capabilities, with a particular emphasis on predictive and prescriptive analytics through Machine Learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a strong focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
• Proficiency in Machine Learning algorithms and concepts, encompassing supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, deep learning, etc.
• Experience in data modeling and evaluation strategies.
• Strong programming skills in Python, particularly with libraries used in data science such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, cleaning, and analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar platforms.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Machine Learning or data science role, demonstrating a proven track record of developing and deploying models that drive business impact.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Previous exposure to cloud computing services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is advantageous.
