This role is a full-time, remote position available within India.
As the Principal Product Manager, you will spearhead the development of a product tailored for developers. Your role will involve the exciting challenge of scaling this business by devising innovative strategies to deliver substantial value to both our users and buyers. Our Interviews team is known for its passion, drive, and focus on creating a customer- and developer-friendly experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate the long-term vision for the product based on market needs.
- Develop a strategy to differentiate the product, executing the vision to capture 10x more business by exploring unconventional alternatives outside direct competition.
- Make daring, data-informed decisions backed by deep quantitative analysis and qualitative insights from customer interactions.
- Lead go-to-market activities in collaboration with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Support teams to guide customers and prospects in unlocking value through their hiring processes.
- Flourish in an empowered team culture, where collaborative problem-solving is emphasized, fostering quick and iterative solutions.
- Ensure world-class support for the product, facilitating users in unlocking the desired value swiftly.

Requirements:
- Over 5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in building B2B SaaS, enterprise products, tech services, or platforms.
- Prior experience in developing developer-facing SaaS products or a minimum of 2 years of Software Programming experience in any industry.
- Proven expertise in crafting a robust, data-driven, customer-focused vision and strategy.
- Track record of building and owning roadmaps for multiple teams with clear prioritization and milestones.
- Ability to delve into ambitious problem statements and create customer value.
- Successful history of launching and growing new products and/or significant features.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and cross-geographical environment to deliver on a shared vision.
- Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, and present to non-technical/business stakeholders and customers.
