What We're Seeking: We are in search of an experienced Product Manager to join our Product team in India. Your focus will be on developing products, platforms, and tools that facilitate the efficient and high-quality delivery of energy data to customers securely and swiftly.
Responsibilities: As a Product Manager at Arcadia, you will:
- Develop and own the product roadmap, aligning with the overall business and product strategy to build and scale Arcadia's cleantech products.
- Define, prioritize, and implement product initiatives and features that enhance customer experience, data delivery system quality, and reliability.
- Advocate for the needs of both direct and indirect users, including Arcadia's customers and employees.
- Create product experiences for various personas and partners, spanning residential and commercial customers, support and operations teams, and go-to-market teams.
- Draft clear product requirements understandable by both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Design, and Data Science teams to deliver products on time.
- Extract insights from analytics, user research, and use cases provided by cross-functional partners.
- Keep stakeholders and the leadership team informed of initiative progress through regular updates.
- Balance long-term strategic initiatives with short-term improvements, prioritizing speed of learning and time to impact.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering or business management from reputable universities.
- Over 8 years of overall experience in software product management, with at least 6 years of hands-on PM experience in SaaS or data/platform product companies.
- Experience in building B2B or B2C software products, preferably with notable technical complexity.
- Background in working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Strong expertise in internal tools and systems within medium to large enterprises and the ability to build complex systems around automation.
- Demonstrated experience aligning and influencing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to break down complex problems into incremental product solutions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, coupled with a proactive communication style.
- Strategic thinking ability and a growth mindset, with comfort in ambiguous situations.
- Passion for our mission, sustainability, and contributing to a clean-energy future.
Nice-to-haves:
- Hands-on experience with squad-based agile product development models, managing teams with 10+ members.
- Experience in a regulated vertical, ideally energy, or a background in finance, telecom, or healthcare.
- At least 3 years of experience mentoring junior product managers.
- Experience working with and supporting enterprise customers.
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership on driving strategic initiatives.
- Experience designing and deploying APIs to support customers or internal teams.
