What You'll Gain:

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the pod strategy, defining critical metrics and influencing interventions based on performance.
• Collaborate with business and product functions to understand and translate business problems into analytical problem statements.
• Own the insight generation phase, conducting in-depth analysis to provide unbiased answers to identified problems.
• Contribute individual thoughts on improving critical metrics for the pod, thinking like a business owner.
• Serve as the analytics and visualization SME, ensuring dashboards are designed for easy consumption.
• Mentor team analysts, actively participate in the hiring process, and contribute to new team members' onboarding.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of relevant analytics experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Business acumen and curiosity about product functionality.
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries for dashboarding and analysis.
• Intuitive grasp of data and ability to handle large datasets.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView).
• Familiarity with data-analysis languages (R, Python) and core statistical concepts.
• Experience in building ML models is a plus.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
