Job Overview:
Join our Customer Experience Analytics team as a Senior Product Analyst, responsible for overseeing and mentoring key work streams within the Customer Experience domain, such as Search, foundations, and app performance metrics.
Team Overview:
Our Customer Experience team collaborates with product managers and the Freemium business strategy team to conduct comprehensive product analytics on freemium users, focusing on their engagement and consumption of free sports and entertainment content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Product Analytics function for the respective POD
- Build and mentor a team of junior Product Analysts
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to shape robust and real-time data systems with proper instrumentation and visualization capabilities
- Co-own the POD goals, utilizing data-led problem-solving to derive actionable insights across reach, cohorts, engagement, and delivery
- Implement, monitor, and validate A/B tests reliably
- Work with Product and Business teams to identify high-level requirements/problems and develop analytical frameworks and presentations
- Create reports and dashboards to foster a more data-aware organization and reflect the health of various initiatives
Skills & Attributes:
- Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, predictive analysis, and proficiency in R, SQL, and Python
- Experience with Reporting/BI tools, data warehousing concepts, and ETL development and tools
- Familiarity with digital analytics and clickstream data
- Desired experience with distributed analytic processing technologies (e.g., Hive)
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, AppsFlyer, Behavioral Analytics, Apsalar, etc.
- Strong analytical orientation and consumer understanding
Preferred Education & Experience:
- B.Tech/B.E/Masters in Computer Science/Mathematics/Operational Research/Statistics/Physics from a reputable college or related technical discipline
- 5-8 years of experience in Business/Product analytics
