Supply Quality Organization:

- Content adjacency policy enforcement
- Ensures high-quality advertising experience and builds trust for customers
Customer Success and Traffic Quality Insights & Investigations Team:
- Part of Supply Quality
- Manages proactive and reactive investigative mechanisms
- Focus on improving experience for Supply Quality customer escalations
- Analyzes insights for critical Traffic Quality business metrics and KPIs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations into customer escalations and metric deviations
- Ensure analysis within targeted SLAs
- Run complex analyses, deep dive into large data sets using SQL, and other data manipulation languages
- Root cause identification for issues
- Perform large-scale data mining to find trends and problems
- Communicate and drive corrective action
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders
- Including Supply Quality teams, advertising engineering, business, and operations teams
- Develop analytical frameworks and SOPs
- Standardize analytical approaches for faster analysis
- Implement process improvement and automation projects
- Own generation of metrics, underlying data pipelines, and reporting
- Support regular business reviews and ad-hoc analyses
- Communicate findings to external teams and stakeholders
Location Options for Candidates:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of business analyst, data analyst, or similar role experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with SQL
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced working knowledge of data mining and analysis using SQL, ETL, visualization tools
- Experience in scripting languages like Python, Pig, Shell script
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
