As part of our dynamic team, you will be working on various aspects, including Pricing Systems, Recommendation Systems, Optimization problems, and Personalization using AI/ML. Your expertise will be instrumental in utilizing experimentation platforms with a focus on clickstream data, customer data, transaction data, and field data.

Responsibilities:

• Build and Deploy ML/Deep Learning Models: Create and implement cutting-edge ML/deep learning models tailored for car buying and selling use cases.

• End-to-End Project Responsibility: Take ownership of complex applied Data Science projects, ensuring successful execution from inception to deployment.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders at various project stages to determine the appropriate model forms and establish effective A/B experimentation frameworks.

• Utilize High-Volume Clickstream Data: Work with large volumes of clickstream e-commerce data to derive meaningful insights and drive informed decision-making.

• Model Infrastructure Development: Construct and manage robust model infrastructure pipelines and APIs to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

• Strategic Problem Solving: Propose innovative solutions and strategies to address business challenges effectively.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering and product development teams to integrate data science solutions seamlessly into our products and services.

Requirements:

• 2-5 Years of Data Science Experience: Possess 2-5 years of hands-on experience in the field of Data Science. We welcome senior-level candidates with additional experience.

• Proficient in Python: Strong proficiency in Python programming is essential for this role.

• End-to-End ML Model Experience: Demonstrated experience in the end-to-end process of training and deploying machine learning models.

• Solid Foundation in ML and Statistics: Strong understanding and foundation in machine learning and statistical concepts.

• Analytical Thinking Skills: Exhibit strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking abilities.

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, adapting to changing requirements.

• Business Intelligence Tools: Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau is a plus.

• Data Frameworks Experience: Experience with data frameworks, including Hadoop, Spark, AWS/Athena Redshift, is desirable.

• Educational Background: Hold a B. Tech/M. Tech in Computer Science Engineering or a relevant field from a Tier I institute. A postgraduate degree in Data Science or another quantitative field is preferred.
