About This Job
As a Research Associate at NielsenIQ, you will play a crucial role in executing market research studies aligned with clients' objectives. This position is integral to the commercial team, involving tasks related to insights generation, database management, and meta-analysis. Collaboration with various NielsenIQ teams is essential to ensure the success of assigned tasks and projects.
Responsibilities
- Execute database, reports, and task assignments under the guidance of the Senior Analyst/Manager.
- Adhere to Performance KPIs for on-time delivery, ensuring both internal and external deadlines are met, while maintaining high standards of data accuracy, work ethics, and discipline.
- Collaborate closely with NielsenIQ teams, including Product Development (PD), Tab Analysts, and Data Collection (DC) Analysts, to efficiently complete assigned tasks and projects.
- Operate in a hybrid physical-virtual environment, demonstrating adaptability to a multi-cultural setting, and liaise effectively with stakeholders and colleagues.

Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and persistence, paying meticulous attention to details. The ability to autonomously manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced business environment is crucial. Qualifications
- Graduation degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is mandatory.
- Possess a strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills.
- Good practical knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exhibit very good interpersonal skills and organizational abilities, including meeting deadlines and being a team player.
- Proficient in English language – both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Market Research is preferred.
- 0 to 12 months of work experience.
