Job Description
As a Business Analyst at JPMorgan Chase within the International Consumer Bank business, you will be a part of the BA, Reporting, & Insights Team. You will collaborate closely with Relationship BA Leads and business units (Contact Centre and Service Delivery) to facilitate the delivery of business requirements. Your responsibilities will involve gathering and documenting business requirements, as well as analyzing business problems utilizing available data to offer descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive insights. You will leverage your skills in data querying and analysis to compile information that narrates the story around the issues being addressed. Additionally, you will undertake quality assurance and testing of changes, ensuring the accuracy of new dashboards.
Job Responsibilities
- Conducting various forms of business analysis, including descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analyses.
- Performing testing and quality assurance on dashboard outputs to guarantee 100% accuracy.
- Assisting BA Leads in composing business requirement documents and DUC requirements.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- Proficiency in data query and analysis, such as SQL.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with Alteryx is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- Technical writing skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis/R is beneficial.
