Responsibilities:

• Problem Solving: Utilize expertise in data analytics, data engineering, and algorithms to address complex business challenges. Develop data-driven insights to propose innovative solutions, optimizing processes and driving growth.
• Consultative Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong analytical skills to convey complex concepts clearly. Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
• Requirement Capture: Gather business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications. Work closely with business units to create data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Cloud Platform and Database Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of cloud platforms and databases. Design, develop, and implement scalable, efficient, and secure data solutions.
• Data Visualization and Storytelling: Utilize tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other BI platforms to create impactful visualizations and compelling narratives. Transform raw data into meaningful insights for diverse audiences.
• Data Mining and Analysis: Showcase proficiency in data mining techniques and working with extensive datasets. Extract valuable information to enable evidence-based decision-making.
• Client-Focused Presentations: Craft client-focused visuals and presentations highlighting key findings and recommendations. Communicate technical details effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Circuit Branch or MCA.
• Consistent academic performance with 60%/7.0 CGPA throughout Bachelor’s, 12th/PU, and 10th Std.
• Fluent in coding/scripting with strong computer engineering concepts like Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, SQL, and experience with RDBMS databases like MongoDB.
• Clear and effective communication of technical concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge in HTML 5, jQuery, Angular CLI (version 2+), Nginx, ReactJS, TypeScript.
• Understanding of leading cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) environments.
