Job Title: Data Analyst

• Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Capture and validate cost data by location, including documentation for all site services, primarily using Smartsheets.
• Provide reporting and analytics to the Regional Account Manager.
• Refine existing site cost tracking and develop new reports and dashboards in Smartsheets.
• Support business cases for site changes (sublets, dispositions, capital projects, acquisition of new sites).
• Generate monthly and quarterly reports on site performance (cost, utilization).
• Track and report purchase orders reconciled to vendor contracts.
• Monitor preventative maintenance of critical systems (spend vs contract, schedule).

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (WORD, PPTX, EXCEL).
• Ability to consolidate disparate data points into cohesive depictions of current state activity and future opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in building Smartsheets, reports, and dashboards.
• Ideally, familiarity with Smartsheets as the primary tool for global real estate cost tracking and analysis.
• Educational background flexible.

Prior Experience:

• Previous experience as a Business Data Analyst preferred.

Working Hours:

• Must work U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours.
• Option for in-office or remote work.
