About the Job

As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join us in analyzing vast amounts of data to uncover valuable insights that drive business improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical prowess, mathematical acumen, and a passion for machine learning and research.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Identifying Valuable Data Sources

Automating collection processes to streamline data acquisition.
Undertaking preprocessing of both structured and unstructured data to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Analyzing Data

Utilizing advanced analytical techniques to uncover trends and patterns within large datasets.
Building predictive models and machine-learning algorithms to extract actionable insights.

Data Presentation and Collaboration

Presenting findings using data visualization techniques to facilitate understanding and decision-making.
Collaborating with engineering and product development teams to implement data-driven solutions.

Problem-Solving and Strategy Development

Proposing innovative solutions and strategies to address business challenges effectively.

Good to Have

Candidates with experience or familiarity in the following areas are preferred:

Healthcare industry experience.
Proficiency in Scala, Java, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field (BTEC/MCA/BSc).
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a data scientist.
Proficiency in R, SQL, and Python.
Understanding of machine learning and operations research.
Experience using business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
