Senior Product Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and propose new use cases with a product-oriented mindset, substantiate value generation, and quantify the value chain.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to democratize machine learning capabilities.
- Work with Data Engineers and other analysts to identify and pursue new product opportunities.
- Receive study requests, collect data, conduct market analysis, assess performance, provide recommendations, and iterate on solutions while engaging stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed data analysis from company datasets to drive optimization, support process improvement, product development, cost reduction, sales opportunities, and other enhancements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement models and monitor project outcomes.
Who We Are Looking For
- Top 10% of bachelor's degree cohort in quantitative/economics/mathematics/computer science/statistics/engineering or business degree with over 3+ years of experience.
- MBA from a reputable university preferred.
- Experience in consultancy, logistics, or operations studies desirable but not mandatory.
Key Skills
- Highly analytical with proficiency in various analytical frameworks for problem decomposition, user input capture, root cause identification, critical pathway analysis, and solution recommendation.
- Proficient in query languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) for data manipulation, insight extraction from large datasets, and visualization/presentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with stakeholders.
