Role Overview

As an Analyst in Data Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the consumer card marketing business through data-driven insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and optimize marketing investments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to business goals by applying advanced analytics and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Insights Generation

Conduct comprehensive data analysis to understand acquisition and customer dynamics.
Derive actionable insights to drive revenue growth for the US consumer business.
Evaluate the impact of various strategies and initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization.

Performance Monitoring and Collaboration

Monitor behavioral performance of acquisition and customer channels, identifying key trends and drivers.
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to prioritize initiatives and drive alignment.

Continuous Improvement

Continuously enhance analytical practices by broadening and strengthening knowledge of methods and tools.
Utilize standard marketing performance metrics such as ROI, Cost per Acquisition, and efficiency yield.

Minimum Qualifications

0-3 years of relevant analytics experience.
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or finance, with a master’s or other secondary professional qualification.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to drive results independently as a self-starter.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Hive, SQL, SAS, Python, etc.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
