Role Overview
As an Analyst in Data Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the consumer card marketing business through data-driven insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and optimize marketing investments. Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Insights Generation
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to understand acquisition and customer dynamics.
- Derive actionable insights to drive revenue growth for the US consumer business.
- Evaluate the impact of various strategies and initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization.
Performance Monitoring and Collaboration
- Monitor behavioral performance of acquisition and customer channels, identifying key trends and drivers.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to prioritize initiatives and drive alignment.
Continuous Improvement
- Continuously enhance analytical practices by broadening and strengthening knowledge of methods and tools.
- Utilize standard marketing performance metrics such as ROI, Cost per Acquisition, and efficiency yield.
Minimum Qualifications
- 0-3 years of relevant analytics experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or finance, with a master’s or other secondary professional qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive results independently as a self-starter.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Hive, SQL, SAS, Python, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
