Responsibilities
Customer Data Management
As an Analyst at eClerx, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of customer data, including lead, contact, and account management. This involves ensuring data accuracy, standardization, and enrichment to support business operations effectively.
Process Improvement
Continuous improvement is at the core of our operations at eClerx. In this role, you will actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize workflows across various functions.
Reporting
Effective reporting is critical for decision-making and performance evaluation. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for generating reports, analyzing data trends, and presenting insights to key stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
Periodic Data Quality Check and Correction (QC)
Maintaining data quality is essential for the integrity of business operations. You will conduct periodic data quality checks, identify discrepancies, and take corrective actions to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Provide Technical Consulting as Appropriate and Required
As subject matter experts, Analysts are expected to provide technical consulting and support to internal teams and clients as needed. This may involve troubleshooting technical issues, providing guidance on best practices, and recommending solutions to address specific challenges.
