Execute Solutions to Business Problems

Utilize data analysis, data mining, optimization tools, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques to address business challenges effectively.

Develop Improved Analysis Methodologies

Continuously enhance and demonstrate improved analysis methodologies to extract actionable insights from data.

Strong Modeling Skills

Demonstrate strong modeling skills and take ownership of data from conceptualization to execution.

Identify Applicable Techniques

Understand business problems and available data, identifying appropriate analytics and modeling techniques to address specific business questions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree in a quantitative field preferred.
• Proven experience working with large datasets and hands-on knowledge in predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in either R or Python.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume data from various sources.
• Understanding of predictive and machine learning techniques such as logistic regression, random forest, neural networks, etc.
• Proficiency in database querying tools such as Teradata SQL and/or Microsoft TSQL.
• Experience with Big Data ecosystems (Hadoop/Spark), API Gateways, and non-structured data is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex quantitative analysis and algorithms clearly.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Hindi is also required.
• At least 2+ years of experience in modeling/machine learning.
• Willingness to travel to the US for about 4-6 weeks annually.
• Legal authorization to work in India without sponsorship.
• Successful completion of the interview process.
• Reliable attendance is essential.
