Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's/PhD degree in Computer Science, Analytics/Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field coupled with practical experience is acceptable.
Proven track record in a data science/analytics role, demonstrating strong skills and successful outcomes.
Proficiency in hypothesis testing and A/B test analytics.
Experience with large datasets using SQL/Spark SQL.
Hands-on familiarity with Cloud Platforms, such as Databricks, including the ability to create DAGs and run data pipelines.
Expertise in developing comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau & Power BI; experience with Adobe Analytics is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in stitching and QA of multiple data sources.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to synthesize large-scale datasets into actionable insights.
Curiosity, motivation, and a willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
Flexibility to work across US time zones, primarily Pacific Time (PST/PDT).
Effective communication of business insights to stakeholders.
