Profile Overview

As part of the Corporate Program Product Development team, you’ll lead digital innovation, deepen client engagement, and drive business growth through data-driven insights and strategic analytics.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of relevant analytics experience.
Degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or finance.
Strong analytical, strategic thought leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Collaborative team player with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in data manipulation and statistical modeling techniques using Hive, Python, PySpark, SQL.
Results-oriented with strong project management skills and ability to work on multiple priorities.
Passion for data science and machine learning with a basic understanding of Agile product development.
Experience in the digital domain preferred.

Perform in-depth data analysis to drive strategic priorities for GCS Digital Experiences.
Define KPIs and customer segmentation to enhance adoption and engagement.
Provide analytical and decision support through strategic analysis and insights.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and drive business growth.
Develop automated dashboards and reports for self-serve analytics.
Stay updated on advanced analytical methods and tools to evolve analytical practices.
