Role Responsibilities

As a Product Analyst at Bright, your core responsibilities will revolve around leveraging data to inform product strategy, roadmap development, and key business decisions. Key duties include:

Data Analysis and Insights Generation

Analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights
Supporting new product initiatives through data-driven recommendations
Identifying product improvements and new features based on analytical findings

Metrics Development and Performance Tracking

Defining and implementing metrics for assessing the performance of new and existing features
Collaborating closely with the Product Team to design experiments aimed at improving business metrics

Candidate Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, with a preference for Python
0.6 to 1 year of experience as a Product Analyst
Strong statistical foundations and analytical thinking skills
Ability to conduct internet research on US financial services landscape
Excel-based analytical skills, including graphing, pivot tables, and summary statistics
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for report generation
