Role Responsibilities
As a Product Analyst at Bright, your core responsibilities will revolve around leveraging data to inform product strategy, roadmap development, and key business decisions. Key duties include:
Data Analysis and Insights Generation
- Analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights
- Supporting new product initiatives through data-driven recommendations
- Identifying product improvements and new features based on analytical findings
Metrics Development and Performance Tracking
- Defining and implementing metrics for assessing the performance of new and existing features
- Collaborating closely with the Product Team to design experiments aimed at improving business metrics
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, with a preference for Python
- 0.6 to 1 year of experience as a Product Analyst
- Strong statistical foundations and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to conduct internet research on US financial services landscape
- Excel-based analytical skills, including graphing, pivot tables, and summary statistics
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for report generation
