Profile Overview:

As a SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) and SQL Developer at CGI, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring SQL Server databases to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security. Your role will involve performing regular maintenance tasks, such as index rebuilding, query optimization, and database tuning. Additionally, you will proactively identify and resolve database performance issues and bottlenecks, while monitoring and analyzing database performance metrics to provide recommendations for improvement. Troubleshooting and resolving database-related problems in a timely manner will also be part of your responsibilities. You should have proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and experience with database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
