Profile Overview:
- People Reporting: Responsible for creating and updating monthly and quarterly reports on various people metrics including affiliation, retention, and DEI statistics.
- Analyze People Data: Play a key role in the global People agenda by analyzing data related to affiliation, DEI, and alumni, identifying trends and gaps, and maintaining comprehensive data sets.
- Ad Hoc Support: Provide flexible and versatile administrative support, adapting to evolving demands and priorities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a business setting preferred.
- Internship/Experience: Previous experience in a larger consultancy, professional service firm, or Industrial Goods company is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience working in virtual and intercultural teams is advantageous.

Position Overview:
As a People Data & Reporting Assistant at BCG, your primary responsibilities will revolve around supporting the global People agenda through detailed reporting, data analysis, and providing flexible administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
People Reporting:
- Generate and update monthly and quarterly reports on key people metrics.
- Track statistics related to affiliation, retention, and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).
- Share reports with global and regional stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
Analyze People Data:
- Contribute to the global People agenda by analyzing data on affiliation, DEI, and alumni.
- Identify trends and gaps in the data to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain and manage comprehensive data sets for ongoing analysis.
Ad Hoc Support:
