- Have at least one year of experience in roles related to data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or technical operations.

- Operational Metrics Development: Create, build, and measure performance on operational metrics such as productivity, service level agreements, quality, cost, efficiency, and timeliness to drive operational improvements.
- Policy Impact Analysis: Understand the impact of policies on users, gain expertise in key metrics, and conduct detailed analyses that provide actionable insights to enhance user experience on the platform.
