Qualifications:

• Has completed, or is due to complete in the next year, a Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in one of the following: Computer Science, Business/ Data Analytics, Business Administration or a similar field.
• Less than 3 years of experience in a technical role.
• Strong academic record with a blend of academic, project/internship experience, and extracurricular activities.
• Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills, with clear communication abilities.
• Stakeholder management experience and project delivery proficiency preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on action and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with technical concepts such as SaaS, cloud (AWS), APIs, and pub-sub architecture.
• Motivated to learn and adapt to evolving project demands.

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Shaping with Clients:

  • Elucidate and document detailed client requirements and technical specifications.
  • Conduct solutioning workshops to understand client systems, applications, and processes.

• Handling Project Implementation:

  • Coordinate with product and program managers to devise optimal solutions.
  • Ensure the correctness and comprehensiveness of delivered solutions.

• Technical Problem Solving:

  • Assist clients in adopting Zeta's Tachyon platform effectively.
  • Aid in integrations using APIs, Events, batch files, and data extracts.
  • Debug client issues effectively.

Skills:

• Academic Background:
  • Has completed, or is due to complete in the next year, a Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in one of the following: Computer Science, Business/ Data Analytics, Business Administration or a similar field.
• Experience:
  • Less than 3 years of technical experience.
• Problem-solving and Analytical Skills:
  • Ability to articulate complex problems with clarity.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Experience in managing multiple teams and delivering complex projects preferred.
