Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline with strong academic performance in quantitative and analytic coursework.
  • Up to 3 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or R.
  • Exposure to tools/platforms like the Hadoop ecosystem and database systems.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytic tools such as R, SAS, Tableau, or VBA.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and apply advanced statistical models to address dynamic business issues.
  • Utilize analytic techniques to guide client and ZS team decision-making.
  • Design custom analyses using tools like R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, and Excel to meet client needs.
  • Synthesize and communicate results through oral and written presentations to clients and ZS teams.
  • Foster client relationships and serve as a key point of contact on project aspects.
  • Provide project status updates to clients and ZS teams.
  • Create project deliverables and implement solutions.
  • Enhance problem-solving skills and contribute to ZS’s capabilities.
  • Guide and mentor Associates on teams.
