Introduction

• Position: Member of the Pune Technology Team at Barclays.

Responsibilities

• Line Management:
  • Providing guidance, mentoring, and leadership to team members.
  • Supporting team development and performance improvement.
• Project Contribution:
  • Actively participating in the PB Technology function, focusing on client lifecycle management.
  • Ensuring all activities comply with regulatory requirements.
• Relationship Building:
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with application support teams.
  • Facilitating effective project delivery into the production environment.

Key Qualifications

• Educational Background:
  • Minimum qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent.
• Experience:
  • Proven experience in business analysis within Agile and Waterfall frameworks (5+ yoe preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Analytical Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Hands-on experience with workflow applications and business rules engines.
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint, and a basic understanding of SQL.
