Profile Overview:

• Integral Role: As an Associate Data Analyst, you will be a vital member of the India Data & Analytics Global Capability Centre (D&A GCC), contributing to the growth of analytics at a global level within ACT.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: The role involves partnering with various departments, including Global Marketing, Merchandising, Global Technology, and Business Units.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploying analytics tools and algorithms on selected tech stacks to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Providing insights and action plans to address specific risks and opportunities.
  • Working collaboratively with business and technology teams.
  • Leveraging global team support for data analysis and interpretation.

Analytics (Data & Insights)

• Data Management:
  • Clean and organize large datasets for analysis and visualization.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
• Trend Analysis:
  • Identify data trends and patterns to inform business decisions.
• Documentation:
  • Create requirement artifacts, including functional specification documents, use cases, requirement traceability matrices, business test cases, and user stories.
• Dashboard Creation:
  • Build impactful dashboards that translate data into actionable insights.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis:
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to provide leadership with actionable and innovative recommendations.

• Data Quality Improvement:
