Profile Overview:
- Position involves contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of Lilly’s analytics stack and products.

Qualifications:
- Masters/PhD in Information Science, Electronics, or related Engineering and Analytics discipline.
- Strong motivation and willingness to learn any technology across the IT software spectrum.
- Specialization in machine learning, NLP, deep learning, computer vision, data science, or related fields.
- Experience in research related to machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and data science.
- Published or presented papers at conferences like ICASSP, ICML, NIPS, KDD, CVPR, or similar.
- Good reasoning, attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical ability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building professional networks and working in diverse teams.
- Ability to assemble, share, and apply key learnings across projects.
- Innovative thinking and quick prototyping abilities.
- Team spirit and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
