Profile Overview:

• Role: Business Analyst

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Influence: Play a crucial role in defining and monitoring critical metrics within the pod strategy.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with business and product teams to translate business problems into analytical problems.
    • Insight Generation: Conduct deep, thorough analysis to provide unbiased solutions to identified problems.

    • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the analytics and visualization expert, ensuring that dashboards are designed for ease of data consumption by the team.

Qualifications:

• Required Experience:

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Intuition for handling big data sources.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView.
  • Understanding of data-analysis languages like R, Python, and core statistical concepts.

• Communication Skills:

  • Ability to clearly articulate thoughts and ideas, both verbally and in writing.
  • Candidates who can narrate the story behind their analysis will have an advantage.

• Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in building Machine Learning (ML) models is a plus, though not mandatory.
