Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in the US Healthcare domain is preferred, with familiarity in US Health Insurances, Medicare/Medicaid, and associated datasets being a significant advantage.
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma or BPM (Business Process Management) Certification is desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Experience as a Business Requirements Analyst or Systems Analyst with extensive system analysis expertise in capturing software application requirements is required.
- Project Management: Project management experience and certification are preferred, indicating a comprehensive understanding of project lifecycle management.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel and MS SQL Reporting are essential.

- Requirement Validation: Validate gathered requirements by cross-referencing with other stakeholders to secure buy-in and confirm that the requirements meet the business objectives. This step is essential to prevent misalignments and ensure stakeholder agreement.
