Key Responsibilities:
Digital Analytics (GA4 Implementation, Auditing, and Optimization)
- Responsible for implementing Google Analytics (GA4) to measure and improve product usage.
- Conduct audits to ensure GA4 is properly tracking website and app usage, fixing any discrepancies as necessary.
- Continuously enhance GA4 setup to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Use GA4 insights to provide actionable recommendations to improve product usage and engagement.
Google Tag Manager (GTM) Custom Event Tracking
- Utilize Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track custom events, including user actions such as clicks, form submissions, and video interactions.
- Set up and manage tags, triggers, and variables in GTM for seamless integration with GA4.
- Ensure that event tracking is accurate and aligned with the business's analytics goals.
- Maintain and update GTM configurations as the website and app functionalities evolve.
Data Visualization with Looker Studio (Formerly Google Data Studio)
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Looker Studio to visualize key metrics and trends.
- Connect Looker Studio to BigQuery to streamline data extraction and ensure accurate, up-to-date reporting.
