Profile Overview:
- Purpose of Role: The App Data Analyst role is a pivotal part of NPR’s product analytics team, supporting NPR’s mobile app by standardizing back-end data systems and building self-service tools that improve app analytics processes.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
SQL and Database Proficiency:
- Proven expertise in SQL for writing efficient, optimized queries.
- Familiarity with database management for handling app data and analytics.
Firebase Experience:
- Strong understanding of Google Firebase, specifically its data handling and app analytics capabilities.
- Able to leverage Firebase for querying app usage data and generating relevant insights.
Data Tracking Implementation:
- Experience in data tracking setup and troubleshooting.
- Ability to create structured data measurement plans for tracking app usage.
Preferred Skills:
- BigQuery (Desirable):
- Experience with Google BigQuery is an asset, helping expand data management capabilities.
- Looker (Desirable):
- Experience with Looker for creating data visualization and reporting dashboards is beneficial.

- Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: NPR anticipates an hourly rate of $37.47 to $43.88, subject to geographical variances across U.S. locations.
