Profile Overview:
- This position is an entry-level opportunity for a Data Analyst to join Snapmint's dynamic team, particularly working closely with the founders.
- The Data Analyst will be an integral part of the team and responsible for analyzing key financial data, conducting thorough due diligence, and supporting the company's strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct both qualitative and quantitative business analysis to identify risks and opportunities in the company’s financial structure.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for key internal stakeholders as well as regulatory authorities.
- Perform variance analysis to compare actual financial performance against forecasts and provide detailed explanations for any discrepancies.
- Develop comprehensive financial models for various business scenarios and evaluate the financial impacts of strategic decisions made by Snapmint.
- Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, offering insights and recommendations for potential improvements.
- Analyze trends in financial data to identify variances, risks, and areas of opportunity, providing actionable recommendations to enhance performance.
- Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes by developing and maintaining relevant financial models.
- Present financial data, analyses, and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders, providing clear explanations and actionable insights.
- Assist the founders in driving Snapmint’s strategic financial initiatives, collaborating closely with senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and company reporting guidelines during financial analyses and due diligence processes.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA), ideally with 2-3 years of work experience in financial due diligence, preferably with one of the Big 4 consulting firms.
- Experience:
- Strong understanding of RBI regulations, capital adequacy norms, and risk management practices.
- Skills:
- High-level proficiency in Advanced Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights and recommendations to senior management clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
