Key Responsibilities:
Headcount Data Analysis
- Provide detailed headcount data analysis to support decision-making within the TTO.
- Ensure all data presented is accurate and actionable for management review.
Use of Automated Tools
- Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Dataiku, and Excel macros to automate processes.
- Utilize automation tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of reporting.
Governance and Controls
- Assist in the development and implementation of governance structures related to headcount management.
- Ensure timely and appropriate management information is available for decision-makers within TTO.
Contract Management
- Define, manage, and review the approval process for contract extensions.
- Ensure the extension process is handled in a timely manner, adhering to internal guidelines.
Reporting and Compliance
- Review and report on the end-dates for non-employed workers (NEWs) within the organization.
- Ensure that all reports are meaningful, concise, and aligned with the needs of the TTO.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with line managers and Business Process Managers (BPMs) in TTO to streamline the contract extension process.
- Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence and ensure all processes run smoothly.
Position Management
- Support and streamline the processes related to position management, including the hiring approval process.
- Ensure that all hiring decisions are compliant with internal policies and are made in a timely manner.
Documentation
- Responsible for writing and publishing comprehensive guidelines on headcount control and related processes.
- Ensure that all documentation is clear, accurate, and easily accessible for internal stakeholders.
