Profile Overview
- The Associate I - Business Analysis role at UST is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting senior Business Analysts (BA) in analyzing the needs of clients and projects under close supervision.
- You will collaborate with leads and seniors to understand business objectives, assist in creating software requirements, and work with stakeholders to validate solutions. This role offers exposure to a wide range of BA tasks, such as stakeholder engagement, requirement validation, and change impact analysis.
- Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in eliciting requirements using techniques like interviews, workshops, and document analysis. You’ll also follow defined BA practices and processes, such as change control procedures, as set by senior BAs.
