Profile Overview
- Role and Scope:
- The Data Analyst will collaborate closely with the Database Manager and other stakeholders to support the WD Affordable Equity team.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, maintain, and optimize databases to support the department’s objectives.
- Facilitate integration between FileMaker and other systems as per departmental requirements.
- Build data models and packages for extracting, transforming, and loading data across platforms.
- Skills Utilized:
- SQL proficiency for database functions, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot and streamline data processes.
- Collaboration skills for engaging with users, understanding needs, and providing customized solutions.
- Work Environment:
- Flexible hours, generally from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with hybrid remote work options.
Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Equivalent professional experience in data management and database design is also acceptable.
- Technical Proficiencies:
- Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
- Experience with Excel functions, such as vlookups and pivot tables, for data manipulation.
- Additional Skills:
- Prior experience with FileMaker is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.

- Salary and Compensation:
- Base salary estimated at $70,000 - $75,000.
